We understand clients are naturally keen to get started on improving their health. Delivery of a client's program is normally by email within 14 business days of receipt of their completed Health Review Questionnaire. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you have taken the responsibility of ensuring that the information you have submitted to MassAttack® is a complete, true and correct account of your current health status.
As the development of each client's program requires the significant input of an approved health practitioner, refunds are only considered if such a request is made by email within 24hrs of the client's completion of their Health Review Questionnaire. Refund requests under any other circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis. Any offers made by MassAttack® in relation to Refund Guarantees are subject to an evaluation process. MassAttack® expresses the right to deny a refund request based on the poor compliance of the Client.

Memberships are valid for a period of up to 2 years providing you actively continue to implement your program. Failure to commence your program & work with the Clinic for a period of six months past the provision of your program will result in the expiry of your Membership. 12 months after joining, failure to continue with your program & work with the clinic, after an initial period of activity, will result in the expiry of your Membership.
The prescription & dispensing of Nutrients and/or Herbs is at the discretion of MassAttack®. Nutrient protocols are only valid for a limited period of time. In the event of non-activity on the part of the Client, nutrient protocols will expire. The Clinic will need to be contacted and a review process undergone in order to reactivate any nutrient recommendations.
Any Claims of Adverse reactions possibly brought about by the use of any prescribed substance must be submitted to the Clinic for evaluation within 24 hours of the reaction occurring. In the unlikely event of a possible reaction occurring; the taking of all substances supplied by MassAttack® should be ceased until advised otherwise by MassAttack®.
MassAttack® authorises you to view or down load a single copy of the material made available on the site for your personal, non-commercial use. Shipping and delivery policy: Delivery Information
DELIVERY SERVICE & TIMES
Customer orders, once received, will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of customer orders received throughout the month, and can also be affected by seasonal periods and public holidays. We do not deliver to any location outside Australia.
TIME OF DELIVERY
All deliveries are undertaken by a variety of delivery drivers and may occur between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries require a signature at time of receipt. If you are not available during this time you will need to complete an authority to leave form.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
You must complete anauthority to leave form (available from our Customer Care team) if no-one will be available to accept delivery of your order between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. This form will allow you to nominate a nearby address or a nominated place where your delivery can be left without a signature.
Please note: MassAttack is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left unattended at or near your premises.
Cool boxes are used for items that may be affected by excessively high temperatures especially during the summer period. Orders for refrigerated items will NOT be dispatched on a Friday.
Note: Our chilled product ranges have been tested when exposed to ambient temperatures up to 1 month without affecting their shelf life. We have selected to utilize cool boxes and ice bricks to reduce excess exposure to high temperature conditions. We do not expect the ice bricks to remain in a frozen state upon receipt.
Due to our compliance to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the Australian Code of Conduct for the Transport of Dangerous Goods no Dangerous Goods can be transported by Airfreight. Therefore orders containing Dangerous Goods may take additional time for delivery by road.
