From time to time MassAttack may offer you by phone, standard mail or email other services or products, which we believe that may be of interest to you. Should at any time you wish to 'opt out' of these communications please send an email to info@massattack.com.au with subject heading "unsubscribe".

• Time lost at the beginning of a session can not be made up at the end. The full fee will be charged so please arrive as close as possible to appointment time

• Payment-at the time of your appointment-cash, personal cheque or credit card

• A cancellation fee is which is 100% of the practice fee for the time of the consultation is charged for cancellations less than 24 hours notice

• Consultation fees are subject to change at the discretion of Mass Attack® with one month's notice

• Refunds do not apply for dispensed items due to health regulations

• Refunds will not be permitted after seven days and will only be granted for unused consultation hours.

• The initial program must be completed within a two month period of commencement

• Postage & dispensing fee applies for mail order goods

• You should advise us of any change of address or telephone number

• It is the client's responsibility to disclose any relevant health concerns or medical conditions or any subsequent changes in medical condition

• The information in this program can be a valuable addition to your doctor's advice, however it is not intended to replace the services of medical professionals. You are advised to consult with your health care professional with regard to matters relating to your health and in particular regarding symptoms that may require diagnosis or immediate attention.
