"A couple of years ago I was over 100 kilos and knew
I just had to lose weight" Marina says. “Not
only was I feeling fat but I was tired, depressed and seriously
unhealthy’”.
"So I went on a strict low fat diet and exercised
at the gym five times a week. A month later I had only
lost a few kilos, it really made me lose heart."
Then Marina heard about MassAttack at her gym, and decided
to give it a go.
"I registered for the MassAttack program and Narelle
taught me what I needed to know about getting my body into
fat burning mode, instead of fat storing mode," she
says.
"Who ever thought I'd be salsa
dancing? I'm light on my feet now, and I can move around
the dance floor. Next month I'm off to Cuba!"
Marina of Hawthorn lost 22kgs
in 23 weeks and feels great!

and showed me what to do - I just had to get on and do
it."
With a combination of the right foods, natural supplements
and exercise, Marina lost 20 kilograms in the first six
months, and more than 33 kilograms - five dress sizes
- to date.
"You know, it didn't feel like I was being strict
with myself," says Marina. "All the food I could
eat was very tasty, it was more about changing the way
I thought about food and understanding what were the right
foods for me."
"Also Narelle had great coping strategies, she really
coached me - a bit like a tennis coach!"
Marina says the MassAttack program made her feel fitter
and healthier. "It's easy to stick to, because you
feel so much better," she says.
"Who ever thought I'd be salsa dancing? I'm light
on my feet now, and I can move around the dance floor.
Next month I'm off to Cuba!"
