As featured in “New Idea”, Mandy is a successful
teacher and busy mother of three. If having these two jobs
wasn’t enough, Mandy also was battling with an ovarian
disorder.
Struggling with an ovarian disorder Mandy had been on
a ‘diet roller coaster’ for 20 years and was
frustrated by her GP’s lack of answers.
I thought I knew everything there was to know about diet
because I’d done every diet imaginable”, Mandy
says.
"But no matter how much I exercised or cut calories,
I was still overweight," she says.
Soon after going on the MassAttack program Mandy began
to see and feel real results for the first time.
“Fresh Energy to keep up with the kids, better
sleep, feeling healthy, & losing weight in places I
have never been able to budge. I’m a new woman!”
Mandy from Geelong - from size 24 to 12 & still winning.
"I love the fact that MassAttack is an individually
designed, one-on-one program"
By following Mass Attack's principles, Mandy realised
why her previous dieting and exercise regimes did not lead
to long-term weight loss.
"It's just not as simple as eating less and exercising more," she says.
MassAttack succeeds where other generic programs fail.
Mandy now appreciates that it is critical to address the
source of her weight and health concerns.
And the results have been worth it. In 18 months Mandy
has dropped four dress sizes and feels like a ‘new
woman’.
Mandy says a big motivator was the compliments from friends and family.
"If someone hadn't seen me for a while they would always comment on how
great I looked, it made me feel really good."
As a teacher and mother of three, it was important to Mandy that the program
would not disrupt her busy lifestyle. "I've managed to fit it in with
three kids and a job - we eat together and the food I need is accessible, tasty
and healthy for the whole family."
"The benefits have been much more than losing the weight. I can do much
more with the kids, my energy levels are much higher. It's helped on all different
levels, I have much better immunity and I am sleeping well," she says.
"The best part is that I keep losing more and more weight, and I feel fantastic.
It's a real change in lifestyle, but it's for the better."
“I used to be the type of person who would hide at
parties when everyone was on the dance floor, now I’m
out in the middle and you can’t stop me’, Mandy
says.
